The major objectives of the study were to\nidentify the organizational performance management practices and to evaluate the\norganizational performance of Myanma Agricultural Development Bank. In this\nstudy, organizational performance of MADB was evaluated with financial and nonfinancial\nperspective measurement. Descriptive research method was used in research\nstudy. Secondary data was collected from the financial statement from (2015-2016) to\n(2020-2021) to analyze financial ratio, the solvency, liquidity and profitability of\nMADB for financial perspective measurement. This research was conducted with\nlearning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective and customer\nperspective measurement in non-financial perspective measurement. Non-financial\nanalysis was done by collecting primary data source through the surveyed\nquestionnaires with 5 point Likert scale. Sample of 130 employees and 150 customers\nwere chosen from the MADB’s Head Office, Yangon. The study indicated that\nMADB’ performance in customer point of view has good in condition. MADB is\nproviding loans with the lowest interest rate, reasonable charges and enough time\nlimitation for repaying the principle and interest to the farmers for the welfare of\npublic sector. And also this study revealed that performance of MADB in the\nemployee perspective of learning and growth has the favorable situation. Bank\nconsiders training program can support for the employees to do their job well and to\nimprove the organization performance. Performance of bank is good in internal\nbusiness process perspective. MADB is under performance in monitoring for the\nperformance of organization. After spreading the disease of Covid-19, the financial\nsituation of MABD was declining because of increasing the non-performing loan due\nto the impact of Covid-19 crisis on the economy of farmers.
