Childlessness has serious social, economic, demographic and health implications. This study aims at investigating social, economic and demographic determinants of voluntary childlessness in Myanmar. Voluntary childlessness is defined as currently married women who have no living children and use any contraceptive method. The data used in this study were secondary data obtained from the 2015-16 Myanmar Demographic and Health Survey (MDHS).
