Among five personality traits, the research\nclaims that many of the survey respondents have conscientiousness, including\nagreeableness, openness to experience and extraversion but less neuroticism traits.\nIn terms of the research, the effect of personality traits of the staff in sales and\nmarketing department on their organizational commitment, conscientiousness and\nagreeableness personality traits of Zifam Myanmar notably affect affective commitment\nand neuroticism, conscientiousness and extraversion personality traits significantly affect\ncontinuance commitment.\nThe outcome of the regression gives that extraversion, agreeableness and\nconscientiousness personality traits significantly mark normative commitment.
