The objective of the study is to examine the passengers\u0027 satisfaction\nwith bus travelers and to explore the relationship between overall satisfaction and five\nvariables. In this study, 160 respondents from Yangon University of Economics in the\nWestern District were surveyed using snowball methods. Passenger satisfaction is\nmeasured on a Five-Point-Likert-Scale using quantitative data analysis. Overall\nsatisfaction of bus passengers among five factors (bus stop, bus drivers, buses, payment\nsystem, and bus routes) is mostly neutral. Overall satisfaction and five factors related\nto public bus transportation are positively correlated and statistically significant,\naccording to the correlation analysis\u0027s findings. Yangon Bus Service (YBS) authorities\nshould address the needs of the YBS system and work to improve the quality and\nmaintenance of the buses in order to make it a better bus system.
