In order to achieve the \nobjectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical research methods are used in this \nstudy. Primary data are collected by using structured questionnaires and interviewing to \nthe responsible person, admin officers from selected universities. The respondents are\nselected 130 admin officers from Arts \u0026 Science Universities in Yangon by using simple \nrandom sampling method. The study found that financial skill and financial attitude of \nadmin officers have the great contribution to enhance their financial behavior. Financial \nbehavior consists of budgeting, saving, and compulsive buying behaviors. Among the \nvariables of financial behavior, saving behavior is strongly significant on financial wellbeing. It is obvious that saving ability leads to their financial well-being.
