The study found that financial skill and financial attitude of \nadmin officers have the great contribution to enhance their financial behavior. Financial \nbehavior consists of budgeting, saving, and compulsive buying behaviors. Among the \nvariables of financial behavior, saving behavior is strongly significant on financial wellbeing. It is obvious that saving ability leads to their financial well-being. The objectives of this study are to analyze the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior and to analyze the effect of financial behavior on financial well-being of admin officers in Arts & Science Universities in Yangon. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical research methods are used in this study.
