Both primary and secondary \ndata are used in this study. Primary data are collected from 156 employees at Rent 2 Own \nby using a simple random sampling method. Secondary data are collected from the \nprevious research papers, documents of Rent 2 Own, international journals, papers, \narticles, reports, and relevant websites. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis are \napplied to analyze the collected data. According to the multiple regression analysis, \norganization support has significant and positive effect on reaction. Trainer, training \nmethod and organization support have significant and positive effect on learning. Training \ncontent has significant and positive effect on behavior. Training method and organization \nsupport have significant and positive effect on results. Moreover, effectiveness of training \nprogram has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees of Rent \n2 Own are aware of training; employees are motivated through training, and training and \ndevelopment result in higher performance. The study suggests that training and \ndevelopment of all staff should be dynamically followed and made obligatory. Training and development are crucial factors in enlightening employee performance in most organizations.
