Intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards \nare used as influencing factors on motivation in this study. Factors including intrinsic \nrewards are cooperation, recognition, sense of achievement and work freedom and \nautonomy and extrinsic rewards variable as fringe benefits, improve working conditions, \npayment and incentives, and promotion. The study finds that intrinsic factors of \nrecognition and work freedom and autonomy have the significant effect on employee \nmotivation. As for the extrinsic factors, the study shows that fringe benefits, payment and \nincentives and promotion have the significant effect on employee motivatioin.
