Both \nprimary and secondary data are used in this study. The primary data are collected using a \nstructured questionnaire from 120 Eternal Company Limited employees out of 173 \nemployees. Employees are selected by using simple random sampling method. Secondary \ndata are gathered from related text books, publications, websites, international dissertations\nand research papers, company reports and other local MBA research papers. Temporary \nemployment has voluntary motive and involuntary motive. Voluntary motive is a motive that \nprefer possibilities of freedom. That motive uses employees who like to choose freedom and \nwant to get experiences. Involuntary motive use employees who want get permanent job. \nAccording to the findings of this study, both voluntary and involuntary motives have highly \nsignificant on employees performance. Among variables of perceived employability, only \ntraining is a significant factor on employee performance. Contract duration and contract \nrenewal have positively significant effect on employee performance. As per contract \nduration, incentive has partially moderated on relationship between contract duration and \nemployee performance.
