The study applies the \ndescriptive method. This study applies a random sampling method. For primary data, the structured \nquestionnaire is used to collect data from 142 respondents who are from departments of ground \nhandling services of two airlines at Yangon International Airport. Secondary data are collected \nfrom the report of respective functional departments of the company and reference paper from the \ninternet and texts. The study finds out that the ground handling activities are required many \ngraduates from MCATI. This study indicates that the company offers opportunities for the \npromotions and career development of the respondents as their status. It is found that they have to\nutilize their skills and abilities as much as they could in the ground handling industry. The \nrespondents have been offered regular training and update and recurrent training. Then the study \nfinds out the level of satisfaction on the job from the respondents in ground handling and the level \nof agreement on the effect of courses provided by MCATI for the ground handling industry is \nfound out in this study.
