A descriptive study was conducted by \nquantitative approach to assess the awareness and practices towards junk food \nconsumption among executive staff attending master program in Yangon University \nof Economics in Kamayut Campus. A total of 180 respondents were chosen by \nstratified sampling method. Data was collected by using administered questionnaire. \nThe result showed that over half of the respondents have acceptable level of \nknowledge whereas one half of the respondents have unfavorable level of attitude \nwhile majority of respondents have good practice in junk food consumptions. \nMoreover, it was found that there were statistically significant on associations \nbetween personal habits included alcohol drinking, suffering from obesity, and \nsuffering from other diseases, and awareness of junk foods consumption among the \nrespondents. The finding of this study would be a partial fulfilment of awareness of \njunk food consumption among working age.
