For primary data, 120 employees \nout of 170 employees whose position are managers, engineers and supervisors, are selected \nby using simple random sampling method and collected by using structured questionnaires. \nThe study found that among the personal factors, personality traits, cognitive abilities and \nexperience are significant effect on managerial competencies and personality traits and \nexperience and knowledge are significant effect on leadership competencies.
