For the usefulness that AYA Pay digital service is working \nwell on mobile phone and able to operate with operator telecommunication network.\nMoreover AYA Pay is designed to bring easy account opening with zero balance, \nconvenience payments and money transfer in everyday life. Therefore, bank is not only \nable to retain existing customers but also to capture new customers. This research aims to identify influencing factors on customer satisfaction and
analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of AYA Bank AYA Pay
digital service products. This study is conducted on 121 customers out of total 900,000
users from Myanmar. From the findings of the study, it is evident that usefulness, security
