The study applies both descriptive and analytical \nmethods to achieve study objectives. The survey results indicate that most of the \nrespondents have favorably perceived on internal corporate social responsibility and \norganizational culture which in turn, influence on organizational citizenship behavior of \nemployees at Pun Hlaing Hospital. The results of the study indicated that among internal \ncorporate social responsibility factors, quality of life is the most influencing on \norganizational citizenship behavior of employees whereas health and safety, human \ncapital development and workplace diversity have shown significant positive effect on \norganizational citizenship behavior. In addition, among five factors of organizational \nculture, long-term orientation is the largest effect on organizational citizenship behavior\nfollowed by masculinity and uncertainty avoidance. Finally, all dimensions of \norganizational citizenship behavior, except for sportsmanship have the significant positive \neffect on job performance of employees in Pun Hlaing Hospital.
