Simple random sampling method is applied \nto select the 50 from 260 members of 2022 record of MCEA. The online survey is conducted \nwith the structured questionnaire. The regression shows that the project mission has positive \nsignificant effect on project implementation practice of top management support,\ncommunication and problem solving at project implementation stage. The project planning is \npositively influencing on the implementation of project technical skills.
