This study uses two \nstage simple random sampling method and collects the data from 186 respondents from \nselected 18 Korean companies in Myanmar. The results of the study indicate that among \nAMO factors, internal motivation and opportunity influence HR outcomes in terms of \nemployee satisfaction and employee engagement. The opportunity factor mostly influences \nHR outcomes because local employees are satisfied and engaged when they are provided \nthe opportunity to participate their job rather than other features. The result exhibit that \nemployee engagement influences employee performance, while employee satisfaction does \nnot significantly affect employee performance.
