Nowadays, every kind of people utilize transportation sector to travel anywhere. Bus transportation is a part of transport sector services available in Myanmar. Bus transportation plays a vital role as the main transportation for all people, especially for poor and fair income families. The main objective of the study was to analyze the impact of passenger’s satisfaction on ShweboMandalay bus transportation service. The study is based on primary data collected through self-administered questionnaire from passengers in Shwebo-Mandalay bus transportations. In order to accomplish the objective of the study, a sample of 250 passengers were taken by convenient sampling method. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. This study used a combination of descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Multiple Regression analysis was performed to investigate the effect of each explanatory variable (i.e., reliability, responsiveness, affordability, safety and condition of vehicle) on customer satisfaction. Accordingly, the sig. (p-value) shows that all explanatory variables except affordability are statistically significant at five percent significance level.Among the five independent variables, reliability is the highest impact on passenger’s satisfaction.
