Also, it aims to\nexamine the relationship between the graduates’ demographic factors and their career choice\nwith special reference to self-employed (creating one’s own business). A descriptive test was\ncarried out and the data was gathered through self-completion questionnaire distributed to 150\ngraduates who are willing to cooperate for this study. Thus, sampling method is based on nonprobability convenient sampling technique. According to results, the most common career choice\nof Co-operative graduates is private sector employed, and the second one is self-employed. Also,\nit is found that the respondents who are the age of over 31, and have family business background\nhave more propensities to establish own-business (Preference of self-employed).
