This study is tourism\ndevelopment in Min Kun, Sagaing in which is abundance of natural scenery and\ntourist attracted area in Myanmar. Therefore, this study investigated the tourism\ndevelopment effect of environmental impact, social impact, economic impact, and\ncultural impact in Min Kun area. The required information of 340 residents are\ncollected by ways of personal interview. This study analyzed on primary data\ncollected among local community in Min Kun area by using simple random sampling\nmethod and secondary data published from Ministry Hotel \u0026 Tourism. Statistical\nanalyses such as descriptive method, reliability analysis and multiple regression\nanalysis were used according to the respective objectives of the study. It is found that\nresidents’ attitudes and tourism development are statistically significant. According to\nthe study results, the significant positive economic impacts of tourism are increased\nemployment, increased income opportunities, enhanced living standard, improved in\ninfrastructure, and new business linkages and opportunities.
