However, the teachers teaching Business English which is one of the minor subjects are countering the challenges that the students who take Business English as a foreign language are luck of interest in learning Business English. According to Gardner (1985), Cooper and Fishman (1977), three factors: instrumental motivation, integrative motivation, and personal motivation, stand as the primary sources for the students to learn Business English. That’s why,this study focused on the importance of the students’ motivation and attitude in learning Business Englishand examining which factors were the most influence on them in learning Business English. Theobjectives of this research are to discover whether Student’s attitudes are positive or negative towards Business English, to examine which of the three factors of motivation (instrumental, integrative,personal) make for students of Co. operative University, Sagaing and to solve the difficulties of students when they learn Business English as a foreign language. Thus, the more teachers get motivated learners the more teaching is effective and efficient. In this study, an online questionnaire was used as a research tools including 12 items for motivation and 8 items for attitudes and delivered to third year students in all\nspecialization at Cooperative University, Sagaing.
