The aim of this paper is to\r contribute the way of conducting the class in teaching a piece of literature, a short poem, to the first year\r English Specialization students. The objectives are to highlight the effectiveness of integrating the students’\r critical thinking skills and English language skills and the difficulties the students encounter in classroom\r activities.
