In recent years, these enzymes have also been found in some bacterial organisms.This research is mainly related to extraction of Laccase enzyme from Myanmar Lacquer tree (Thitsi) and conducted to determine the enzymatic activities of this partially purified laccase by spectroscopic method using Guaiacol (O-methoxy phenol) as substrate.
