Both primary data and secondary data were used. The primary data was collected by using online survey, calling phone and sending e–mail to 105 employees of these companies. In this study, job characteristics are identified by skill variety, task identity, task significance, task autonomy and task feedback. According to multiple regression analysis, task feedback and task significance had a positive effect on job satisfaction among others. The results also indicated that job satisfaction had also significant effect on performance of employees. The study suggests that regarding with feedback, the management should appreciate their staff by providing rewards occasionally to them. Regarding task significance, the management person should design jobs by giving a suitable significant level for employee efforts to feel proud in doing their job as an employee.
