Since the data levels available in these databases are also increasing enormously. This is very difficult to recognize or retrieve an image of interest instantaneously. This paper presents a method for image annotations using K-Means and C4.5 algorithms in order to retrieve the images of interest basing on the pattern or feature with minimum time period. The main disadvantages of the existing methods present in the literature are the retrieval of images that is done with one to one mapping strategy.
