This study has two objectives. These objectives were to examine farmers’ perception and to analyze the factors influencing on sustainable agricultural practices in Taikkyi Township. To achieve these objectives, primary and secondary data were used. In this study, the primary data was acquired from 100 farmers among three village-tracts in Taikkyi Township by using simple random sampling. As the regression result, credit access, technology adoption and environmental awareness influenced on sustainable agricultural practices and input supply didn’t significant influenced on sustainable agricultural practices. Therefore, farmers’ access to credit is very important factors in sustainable agricultural development. In addition, this study suggests that government should provide the program or schemes of credit access for famers live in rural area.
