This paper is organized into five sections. First and foremost, introduction is discussed.\r Secondly, Needs and requirements for teachers in preparing effective lessons are explained. Thirdly,\r the skills required for teachers‟ development will be followed. Fourthly, Skills and sub-skills obtained\r by preparing lessons will be presented. Finally, conclusion is given. This paper will be found out that\r the teaching staff are able to understand the skills required for teachers‟ development and how to apply\r these skills properly.
