The concepts of \" negative freedom \" and \" positive freedom \" advocated by Isaiah Berl i n ( 1909 - 1997) are used as the principle of this research . In this paper , the five poems are selected for discussing from the viewpoint of negative freedom and the five poems are selected to be discussed\nfrom the perspective of positive freedom . It is found that Tin Moe \u0027 s poems based on the concept of freedom intend to develop the society . This pap er will solve the problem how the concept of freedom relates to the pure inspiration in the creation of poems . Addit ionally it is found that Tin Moe \u0027 s poems are free from external constraints suc h as greed , anger and ignorance . Those poems can be called poems with pure inspiration ( s @ uosos) that is rel ated\nwith being free from greedy desires , angry manners and variations of ignorance which lead to the state of ignoring what is right or wrong . Pleasure inside the audience or those who feel art is usual ly inspired by the one who creates \nwork of art .
