Data was collected by using survey method. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The HRM practices of the study are performance appraisal, reward, working condition, equal employment opportunity, training, and employee autonomy. The research stated that HRM practices such as reward, equal employment opportunity, training, and employee autonomy have significantly negative relationship with turnover intention although performance appraisal and working condition are not significant. The study also showed that the independent variable of employee autonomy has contribute the most and has stronger effect on the turnover intention in comparison with the all other independent variables.
