In this study independent variable is communication satisfaction (organizational communication context, interpersonal communication context and group communication context) and dependent variable is organization commitment (affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment). In the communication satisfaction, interpersonal communication context and organizational communication context have the significant and positive effect on affective commitment. And, organizational communication context has singnificant and positive effect on continuous commitment and normative commitment. The organizational communication context also has significant and positive effect on the organizational commitment.
