The study investigates the effect of person-organization fit on outcomes of engineer and moderating effect of employee attitude on relationship between person-organization fit and outcomes of engineer working at civil aviation service industry in Yangon. The objectives of the study are to explore person-organization fit of engineer and to examine the moderating effects of employee attitude on the relationship between person- organization fit and engineer outcomes. This study is done by collecting primary data with structured questionnaires distributed to 50 engineers working in Yangon civil aviation service industry. The study shows that person-organization fit (general value fit and human relation fit) has positive effect on engineer outcomes in Yangon civil aviation service industry.
