Polyaniline-PbS (PANI–PbS) nanocomposite thin film has been fabricated on ITO glass
substrate by using spin coating method. The structural, surface morphology of these
nanocomposite thin film has been investigated by using XRD, SEM and AFM. The
surface roughness of good crystallinity nanocomposite material was 378.3pm2. The
