Self-reported English proficiency scale was adopted and modified from Chacon\u0027s (2005). The survey questionnaire for teachers used of student-centered pedagogical strategies was adapted and modified from the EDCINMEF Student-Centered Learning (2016). The respondents of this study .were •50 tea~hers from University of Distance Education and University of Yangon i~ Myanmar. The results showed that the respondents judged their self-efficacy as a certain extent •of effectiveness and having an appropriate \u0027 level of proficiency to teach English as a medium of instruction. Moreover, the result also showed that teacher respondents consistently employ student-centered approaches in their instructions. The positive relationships between perceived level.of language proficiency for listening and self efficacy were found.
