one ofdoublehydrophilicblockcopolymers,isknowntoformPNIPAM-core/PAA-coronamicellesin
aqueoussolutionswhenthetemperatureofthesolutioniselevateduptothelowercriticalsolution
temperature(LCST)ofPNIPAMblock.ItalsoformsPAA-core/PNIPAM-coronamicelleswhentheanionic
PAAblockischarge-neutralizedwithcationiccetyltrimethylammoniumion.Fluorescencepropertiesof
NR inthemicellesareelucidatedbyobservingvarious fluorescenceparameterssuchasintensity,
polarization, andquantumyield.Itisfoundthatthe fluorescence intensityisnegligiblylow(OFF-state)
when PAA-b-PNIPAMexistsasaformofunimer,whereasitisremarkablyenhanced(ON-state)whenthe
