The aim of this paper is to show the importance of ethics in decision-making. “Why does ethics play the vital role in decision-making?” is used as research problem. To solve the problem, descriptive and evaluative method will be used. When one make ethical decision he/she should consider the needs and perspective of others. If one treats with honest, fair and respect in his/her work place, he/she can make decisionethically. Ethics can help to build trust in an organization.
