It\r presents the establishment of the courts both at the royal capital and in the provinces including\r rural capital and in the provinces including rural areas for hearing legal cases, how the civil cases\r had to be decided according to the dhammathats or customary law, how the criminal cases had to\r be tried in accordance with the royal orders or yazathats. Moreover, it also puts up a judicial\r process that the four types of trial are exercised when there were no witnesses. With regard to the\r judicial administration in the Konbaung Period, the legal cases were traditionally heard at the\r Hluttaw, She-yon, Nauk-yon, Taya-yon and pyin-ein, Wun-eins but there was only one instance in\r which a case was tried at the Byedaik in the reign of king Badon.
