Data were analyzed by use of \nDescriptive statistics and Pearson Correlation through SPSS software (version 20). Based \non the results of this study, teachers perceived that there were high levels of their school \norganizational health, efficacy and professional identity at selected high schools in \nSagaing. Moreover, a positively moderate relationship between school organizational \nhealth and professional identity (r = .508, p\u003c.001) was found based on the research \nfindings. Similarly, a positively moderate relationship existed between efficacy and \nprofessional identity of the teachers (r = .434, p\u003c.001) and moreover, it was also found \nthat school organizational health was moderately and positively related with teachers\u0027 \nefficacy (r = .354, p\u003c.001).
