Inthis paper, we proposed the automatic 3D buildingand reconstruction system of a real object.Delaunay Triangulation method is applied forgenerating the 3D triangles and faces with theextracted 3D vertices of an object obtained fromraw data files. Delaunay based algorithm ismodified in a way and surface reconstruction isdone to produce the reconstructed 3D object. Theproposed system was developed by usingOpenGL(Open Graphic Library), which is themost widely adopted 2D and 3D graphics API inthe industry, bringing thousands of applications toa wide variety of computer platforms. OpenGLexposes all the features of the latest graphicshardware. Modified Delaunay Triangulation gavefaster processing time in generating triangles byremoving duplicate points, non Delaunay trianglesand clockwise triangles.
