This paper shows an encryption accesscontrol scheme for flexible policy updating in cloudstorage with the help of Ciphertext Policy Attribute-Based Encryption (CP-ABE).When a data owner whoencrypts data updates his access policy, theciphertext is re-encrypted according to new accesspolicy. The aim of proposed scheme intends toprotect personal health records (PHR) for healthcaredomain. It considers generating a secret token key bythe match level between the old and new accesspolicies.
