And then, determination of ash content and moisture content were done. Moreover, the samples were assayed by Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) and Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS). According to the EDXRF results, the samples contain calcium, sulphur, phosphorous, potassium, iron, zinc, copper and strontium. The content of iron, copper, cadmium and lead were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy. According to the determination result, the amount of protein and fat are more content in quail egg.
