This information retrieval system based onmulti-agent contains agents that have informationabout the personal medical history, the hospital,departments of each hospital and doctors of eachdepartment. This system provides as an agent thatgives the patient by selecting desired hospital,desired date and desired time, etc. This multi-agentbased system collaborates with the agents of hospital,department and doctor for that appointment. Thepersonal agent allows the access the offered servicesfor appointment and view medical history.
