Inthis paper, we present NFA-based filtering techniqueof XML document for multiple XPath queries usingontology. In our proposed system, the XPath queriesare transformed into Nondeterministic FiniteAutomaton (NFA) - based model. The proposedsystem separates NFA into the structural NFA andvalue-based predicate NFA. In order to get thesemantic adequacy of XPath queries into NFA formare transformed with the help of ontology which is toappend into structural NFA. Incoming XMLdocument is parsed by SAX parser.
