This paper describes the use of software agents for extracting data and reserving ticket to improve the services. The system eliminates processing with lots of paperwork and supports making decisions in time. In this system, passenger can make online reservation for every airline and can see all in one site and can get air ticket at remote location without time-consuming and complicated.
