This paperproposes a two’s complement multiplier based on theRobertson\u0027s add and shift multiplication algorithm.The registers and execution units needed to carry outthe micro-operations of the system are designed andconstructed. The computer system generates the RTLcode which specifies the functions to be performedby the registers and execution units.
