There are many ways to work on scientific methods sucha s ant colonies, simulated annealing, Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Analytic Process (AHP) is a scientific method which was developed by Thomas Saaty. AHP provides a proven, effective means to deal with comlex decision making and can assist with identifying and weighting selection criteria and analyzing the data collected for the criteria and analyzing the data collected for the criteria. In this study, it is applied the AHP method as a solution for a job selection system. The system uses a simpler weighting approach to calculate pair-wise comparisons, priority vector.
