The term emotional intelligence is a kind of social intelligence and it is constituted by the five characteristics or components: (1) Knowing one\u0027s emotion, (2) managing emotion, (3) motivating oneself, (4) recognizing emotion in others, and (5) handling relationship. Under these components, a preliminary test was organized with 60 items and item analysis using with 200 subjects showed that 55 items were significant and item number 9,16,24,30 and 35 were not significant.
