In this paper, we propose a job agency system. The goal of this paper is to know the job which concerned with employees’ qualifications. This system includes two parts including Training Process which apply pre-defined post and Classification process to classify the incoming employees’ qualifications using Rule-Based Classification in Data Mining. This method is to extract rules and then predict unknown class labels (posts). Decision tree can easily convert to classification IF-THEN rules by using decision tree induction.
