This paper presents an approach tofind shortcut links by web usage mining and aimsto suggest shortcut links to the website designerbased on the collective user access patternsobtained from that site’s web logs.In this system,similar navigational paths are grouped togetherby using PAM (Partitioning Around Medoids)clustering method and find wayposts, hyperlinks,that can act as potential shortcuts points byidentifying documents that commonly co-occur inthese paths.Shortcut links that need to beestablished between previously unrelated webpages or documents can be drawn out of thesepatterns.
