A centralizeddatabase is easier to maintain and keep updatedsince all the data are stored in a single location.The process of defining roles should be based on athorough analysis of how an organizationoperates and should include input from a widespectrum of users in an organization. Accessrights are grouped by role name, and the use ofresources is restricted to individuals authorized toassume the associated role. The function of RBACauthentication is to create, distribute, and managedigital credentials for the users.
