This study found that (working condition, pay and benefits, promotion, supervision and relationship with co-worker) have positively effect on employee satisfaction in AYA Bank. And then, employees satisfaction also affect organizational commitment. It is also found that affective commitment and normative commitment have effect on employee performance.
