The primary data are collected from 106 respondents out of the total 116 employees from the different departments by using simple random sampling method. The findings from the survey research reflect that both the organizational and social factors have the positive effect on the work-life balance of the employees at Livelihoods and Food Security Fund. Among the organizational factors, the work arrangement and colleagues support show the positive effect on the work-life balance of employees. In addition, the family and social support from the social factors influence on the work-life balance of the employees. Therefore, the work-life balance has a direct effect on the organizational commitment of employees at LIFT Fund.
