The data are collected from 110 employees who are selected from total 140 to evaluate their perception on the leadership styles and their job satisfaction. From analysis, it is found that the most dominant leadership style is transformational leadership style.The result shows that employees are strongly satisfied under transformational leadership style which reflect employees’ intention to stay continue with the organization. As per findings from result, the management of Fourteen Star Network Dawei Co., Ltd should pay more attention to give more trainings and workshops to build the human capital to improve their abilities, performance and encourage them.
